Fresh Cranberry Sauce

THANKSGIVING 101:

Fresh cranberry sauce is easy to make, tangy and delicious! I made to so I could use this with another dish which I will post shortly.

  • 1 bag of fresh cranberries
  • 1 small can of mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 1 cup of sugar (more or less, according to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup water

Place all of your ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

When it has thickened, set it aside to cool.

It is now ready to use!
