Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts w/bacon

THANKSGIVING 101:

Brussels sprouts….you either love them or hate them! LOL

I love brussels sprouts. I love to try them many different ways.

These are a fun addition to your holiday table. I hope you give them a try!

  • 1 bag of brussels sprouts (I try to find the smaller ones)
  • 1/2 lb bacon, chopped up and cooked
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil for roasting

Wash your sprouts, then cut off the stem end. Now slice them in half. Place on a baking sheet with parchment or a sil pat.

Now drizzle olive oil on them and them mix them up to distribute the oil. Now place them in the oven on 365* for about 20-25 minutes, stirring every so often.

In the last 10 minutes, stir your precooked bacon into your sprouts.

When done to your liking, place in a serving dish and drizzle the honey.

Now serve and enjoy!
