12 Days of Christmas Cookies: Monster Cookies

These are my Monster Cookies. They are delicious and a favorite of my cookie people. They are gluten free which is a plus for now days.

I hope you try them!

  • 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup softened butter1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 package of mini m & m’s

First preheat your oven to 350 degrees

Now add the butter and peanut butter into your mixer bowl

Cream them together then add the brown sugar and sugar, cream then together.

Now add the eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt mix well

Now add the oats and mini chocolate chips

Now prepare your sheet pans with parchment or a silicone mat

Now you are ready to scoop your cookies. Use a medium scoop, 4 teaspoon size

Now dip each cookie into the mini m&m’s

Place the cookies 12 per tray making sure to leave space for them to spread.

Now place your cookies in the oven. I have 3 racks so I bake 3 pans at a time

Bake them for 7-9 minutes. When baked, pull them out and let them cool completely

Now they are ready to place on a tray and enjoy!
