Pimento Cheese

We love Pimento Cheese! It is a very easy spread to make and if you love Pimento Cheese like we do…you will love the fresh taste of making your own! It makes a great light lunch, snacks or as a party food!

  • 1 1/2 pounds of shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (I prefer Dukes)
  • 2 small jars of diced Pimentos, drained well
  • 1 jar of roasted peppers, chopped, drained well
  • siracha to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (not salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (not salt)

First add the cream cheese to your mixer bowl and whip till soft. Now add the mayo, blend well. Now add the cheese and mix well. Now is time to add the pimentos and roasted peppers, blend well. Now add garlic powder, onion powder and siracha to taste.

Now is time to put in containers and refrigerate before using.

This is after refrigeration.

This is so yummy! I love it in mini peppers or on cucumber slices.

I hope you try it and like it!
