These are Monster Cookies! They are gluten free if you make sure your ingredients are! These are a larger cookie, and at the farmers markets they were giant! The customers there absolutely loved them, and I had to bake tons at a time to serve them! They are a really delicious cookie with oats and peanut butter, mini chocolate chips and each cookie dipped into mini baking M&M’s, then baked to yumminess! Monster cookies are a great addition to your holiday cookie display! I hope you will try them.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vaniilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini M&M’s to dip your cookies in

Preheat your oven to 350*
prepare your baking sheets with parchment or silicone baking mats
Place butter, peanut butter and the 2 sugars into your mixer bowl. Cream well, then add vanilla, baking soda, salt and oats, mix well. Now add the mini chocolate chips and blend well.
Place the mini M&Ms into a dish, scoop a cookie, dip the top into M&Ms, place on your baking sheet. (Only 9 cookies will fit on the sheet, see the photo for placement)
Now that you have scooped and dipped your cookies, put them into the oven and bake for 7-9 minutes.
remove from the oven, let cool for about 5 minutes on the sheep pan, then transfer to the cooling rack and cool completely.

Now grab a cup of coffee, a couple cookies and enjoy them as you dream of all the wonderful cookies you can bake for the holidays! I have only scratched the surface of what there is to bake.
Merry Christmas to all, and a good cookie too!!
